Owners, partners, parents, adventure lovers, craft beer enjoyers, yoga practitioners, paddleboard instructors and rockers of happy pants.  Ashleigh and TJ have been married for 15 years, have three teen/preteen children and are located in Va.  From their love of sharing movement, encouraging community service, and comfortable athleticwear NamasteFit Apparel was born.

My name is Jo and I am married to my best friend and business partner. We own a wedding and events business that manages a historical property in WA. "I am Shannon.....mama, wife, daughter, teacher, and fitness addict. I have been married to my hubs, Byron, for almost 23 years (we started dating 30 years ago this month!! #highschoolsweethearts), and we have 2 kiddos, Carson (19) and Delaney (15). I have been a middle school teacher for 24 years, but my passion is fitness....all kinds - including yoga (esp. handstands), kayaking, SUPing (when I get a chance), and HIIT, strength/weight training, none of which appealed to me until I turned 40!! I am almost 46 now (#birthdaymonth), and I plan to keep “playing” as long as this body lets me!
